Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship within the United States.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — carrier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons.

Tracking Every order ships with tracking. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number. If you didn't receive one, check your spam folder or email us.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
