We want you to be satisfied with what you bring into your home. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at customerservice@thehollowpostgeneral.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
